Ann Thevenin is  internationally known as a pioneer combining the best of both fields of hypnotherapy and conventional medicine.  Her conventional medical background as a medical assistant and pharmaceutical representative, blended with her interest in martial arts and spirituality, provides the depth of understanding required to merge both conventional medicine and the power of the mind-body to heal. Her genius level IQ, in the top 2% of the world’s population, and her curiosity about things in general has given rise to a unique perspective on why people do the things they do as well as a deep belief in personal growth.

Ann has specialized in working with the emotional and spiritual effects of medical conditions, particularly life threatening illness. Ann founded the Center for Neurosomatic Sciences in 1994 to educate and train the world’s finest hypnotherapists with a basis in the power of the human spirit on physical conditions.  She is also a traditional Reiki Master and was trained by one of Mrs.Takata’s original Reiki Masters. She has been practicing in the field of human potential since 1989.

Ann has appeared several times on national television promoting the importance of the mind-body connection for Fox Television, as well as being a much sought after lecturer attended by healthcare and psychology professionals.  She has trained medical staff from several countries in the power of patient beliefs in medical outcomes as an educator for San Diego Hospice.
